Eye in the Night Sky

I had this idea since the first time I took pictures around this area, but didn't have my 15mm at that time and couldn't really execute it like I did here.. There's some text written along the inner circle at the top, tho I didn't go check to see what it fully said, you can slightly make out part of it from this shot.. I just love how the moon turned out!!! the rays of moonlight leave me in awe....
