Why the finger in her mouth? I like the photograph, but that seems to take away from it. She looks uncomfortable or akward doing that. My opinion.

I don't see her right arm. Perhaps I'm missing something, or perhaps she is. Wait… that might sound offensive if she happens to be missing an arm. I see a hand on her right side.
